PACK-level protection

Each battery cabinet is equipped with monitoring modules and misting nozzles for precise detection, physical cooling and fire suppression, enabling early warning and prompt response.

Fire Detection System

Install fire detectors—such as smoke detectors, temperature sensors, and combustible gas detectors—inside or around the battery module to monitor its operating status and potential fire hazards in real time.

Fire Alarm System

When the fire detection system detects an abnormal condition, it immediately activates audible and visual alarm signals to alert on-site personnel of the fire hazard and may also transmit the alarm information to a remote monitoring center.

Fire suppression system

For fires at the battery module level, deploy dedicated fire suppression systems—such as perfluorohexanone extinguishing systems and gaseous fire suppression systems—that can be rapidly activated upon detection of a fire to confine the blaze to the smallest possible area.

Control System

As the core component of an energy-storage fire-suppression system, the control system is responsible for receiving signals from the fire-detection system and, based on the preconfigured extinguishing strategy, controlling the operation of the fire-extinguishing system. In addition, the control system may also feature remote monitoring and fault-diagnosis capabilities.
