A composite detector and a gas-suppression head are installed, with the battery PACK container serving as the protected unit. An integrated fire alarm and gas-suppression control panel continuously receives fire-related data from each PACK container. When thermal runaway-induced fire is detected inside a container, the master valve of the suppressant cylinder bank and the zone control valve for that container are activated, enabling the suppressant to be discharged through piping and nozzles directly into the affected battery container, thereby achieving real-time detection and precise fire suppression.

By employing ultra-early detection technology in conjunction with expansion-force sensing alarm devices, the system continuously monitors for environmental anomalies in real time. An intelligent ventilation and exhaust system continuously monitors environmental parameters and dynamically adjusts air flow, effectively curbing the spread of fire. Simultaneously, an integrated active–passive pressure-relief device intelligently determines the optimal timing for activation in the event of a disaster, either actively relieving pressure or passively triggering emergency venting, thereby establishing a comprehensive, end-to-end protective chain encompassing monitoring, early warning, and response.
