The battery PACK box is used as the protection unit to set up a composite detector and a chemical head. The integrated fire alarm/gas extinguishing host receives the fire information in each PACK box in real time. When a thermal runaway fire occurs in the box, the main valve of the inhibitor bottle group and the partition control valve of the box are started, and the inhibitor is sprayed into the battery box where thermal runaway occurs through the pipeline nozzle to realize real-time detection and accurate fire extinguishing.
Pack-level protection
Monitoring modules and atomizing nozzles are arranged in each battery box for accurate detection, physical cooling and fire extinguishing, ultra-fast response speed, early warning and early disposal.
Cluster-level protection
Using the centralized control mode of block layout, the abnormal situation of a single battery cluster is detected, and the local submerged fire extinguishing is carried out with the battery cluster as the unit.

Space-level detectors are arranged in the cabin. When a fire occurs in the cabin, a large area of fire source can be quickly extinguished through full submergence, effectively blocking the spread of the fire.
