Large-scale storage solutions
A composite detector and a gas-suppression head are installed, with the battery PACK container serving as the protected unit. An integrated fire alarm and gas-suppression control panel continuously receives fire-related data from each PACK container. When thermal runaway-induced fire is detected inside a container, the master valve of the suppressant cylinder bank and the zone control valve for that container are activated, enabling the suppressant to be discharged through piping and nozzles directly into the affected battery container, thereby achieving real-time detection and precise fire suppression.
PACK-level protection
By employing ultra-early detection technology in conjunction with expansion-force sensing alarm devices, the system continuously monitors for environmental anomalies in real time. Upon detecting a thermal runaway risk, it immediately activates the hazard suppression mechanism, thereby providing end-to-end protection—from early warning to intervention.
Cluster-level Protection
By integrating early warning systems with ventilation systems, real-time fire monitoring and automatic environmental adjustments are achieved. Combined with an efficient backdraft prevention design, this approach enables rapid fire suppression and effectively inhibits secondary ignition, thereby comprehensively enhancing fire prevention and control capabilities.
Cabin-level protection
Advanced fire-extinguishing technologies are deeply integrated with a multi-tiered protection system. An intelligent ventilation and exhaust system continuously monitors environmental parameters and dynamically adjusts air flow, effectively curbing the spread of fire. Simultaneously, an integrated active–passive pressure-relief device intelligently determines the optimal timing for activation in the event of a disaster, either actively relieving pressure or passively triggering emergency venting, thereby establishing a comprehensive, end-to-end protective chain encompassing monitoring, early warning, and response. This approach significantly enhances fire prevention and control capabilities as well as the efficiency of responding to deflagration incidents in complex environments.
Early Detection
Characteristic gases are detected in the early stages of thermal runaway, approximately 5 to 15 minutes earlier than other indicators.
Multi-level Early Warning
Real-time monitoring of thermal runaway conditions to enable multi-level early warning.
PACK-level protection
Dedicated pack-level nozzles directly target runaway battery cells, enabling early and precise intervention.
Efficient inhibition
Repeated pulse spraying in a cyclical manner effectively suppresses thermal runaway and prevents reignition.
Outdoor Cabinet Solutions
Front-end detection equipment
It is used to monitor parameters such as temperature and smoke inside outdoor energy storage cabinets in real time, and immediately triggers an alarm upon detection of any abnormalities.
Fire Control System
Receive signals from front-end detection devices, determine whether a fire has occurred, and activate the fire suppression system to extinguish the fire.
Fire suppression system
Upon receiving a command from the fire control system, the extinguishing agent is automatically discharged to suppress the fire. Common extinguishing agents include perfluorohexanone, which is characterized by high efficiency and environmental friendliness.
Remote Monitoring Section
Implement remote monitoring and management of the fire protection system for outdoor energy storage cabinets to ensure rapid response and effective mitigation measures in the event of a fire.
