Confidential Client – US Energy Storage Safety Retrofit Project

Project Challenges: The site enforces stringent fire safety regulations and rigorous safety management standards. The client’s preliminary design contained significant uncertainties. Additionally, labor shortages and material scarcity at the location severely hampered construction progress. Project Outcomes: Leveraging extensive overseas resources and construction expertise, Heben coordinated local resources and dispatched senior project managers familiar with local regulations to be on-site. Multiple feasible compliant solutions were developed to meet regional requirements, enabling reasonable construction scheduling and smooth project delivery.

Confidential Client – North America Energy Storage Project

Project Challenges: Heben supported the client in breaking into the North American market, where fire safety regulations differ across states and counties. Project Outcomes: For the first time, a multi-box control solution managed by a fire control panel was implemented, alongside a newly customized portable water-based fire suppression system that greatly improved installation efficiency. Our technical team fully interpreted local fire codes and designed fire protection solutions compliant with regulations of various states and counties across North America.

Project Challenges: Heben assisted the client in entering the Australian market, which is governed by unique fire safety regulations. Project Outcomes: Heben partnered with a local Australian fire protection manufacturer to develop a new-generation fire alarm control panel to satisfy the client’s customized solution requirements. In response to Australia’s distinctive fire safety codes, we designed an optimized compliance solution, paving the way for the client’s products to gain smooth market access in Australia.
