Compressed Nitrogen Foam Fire Extinguishing System

Compressed-air-foam fire-extinguishing systems are highly efficient and environmentally friendly firefighting equipment. Compressed-nitrogen foam is produced by displacing air with nitrogen, thereby reducing the oxygen content in the foam, enhancing its fire-extinguishing effectiveness, eliminating the risk of atmospheric oxygen supporting combustion, and improving the foam’s barrier properties. As a result, the overall operational capability of the fire-extinguishing system is significantly enhanced.

Detailed Introduction

Compressed nitrogen foam fire-extinguishing systems are highly efficient and environmentally friendly firefighting equipment. In these systems, compressed nitrogen displaces air, reducing the oxygen content in the foam and thereby enhancing its extinguishing effectiveness. This not only eliminates the oxygen in the air that can fuel combustion but also improves the foam’s barrier properties, ultimately boosting the overall operational performance of the fire-extinguishing system.

  1. Fire suppression function:

Compressed nitrogen foam is sprayed into the battery pack, forming an immersive, enveloping blanket that directly contacts the thermally runaway cells, rapidly and effectively reducing temperature and extinguishing flames while continuously suppressing thermal runaway.

  2. One-Click Start:

One-touch start and emergency stop: the fire suppression system is equipped with both a one-touch start function and an emergency stop function.

  3. Supports programmable jog spraying:

The fire suppression system can be controlled via a dedicated data-processing module, enabling programmed pulse spraying at the fire source.

  4. Automatic Inspection:

Self-test function: Press the self-test button on the suppression device to initiate a system self-test. During the self-test, the switch button will flash; once the test is complete, the switch button will remain steadily illuminated.
