Detailed Introduction

A fire detection system consists of a pressurized container filled with extinguishing agent, with detection tubing routed along potential fire hazard locations. Under pressure, the detection tubing relies on its multiple sensing points (linear detection) to monitor for exposure to open flames or temperature surges; upon such exposure, the tubing ruptures at the hottest point. The resulting loss of pressure triggers valve actuation, which releases the extinguishing agent and transmits a fire alarm signal.

The fire detection tube is a high-polymer material that combines flame retardancy, flexibility, and temperature-sensing capabilities. It offers long-term leak resistance, with a maximum leakage rate of 10⁻⁵ mbar·L/s/m. The linear flexible tubing is unaffected by dust, oil contamination, or electromagnetic interference. The system operates as a self-contained unit, requiring no external power supply and remaining functional even during power outages. Its unique integrated valve design incorporates a built-in ball valve to prevent damage and reduce the likelihood of leaks. Quick-connect fittings feature a dual-seal design for superior sealing performance. Additionally, a highly integrated solenoid valve assembly enables customized solutions tailored to diverse industries and application scenarios, while ensuring simple installation and low maintenance costs.
