Automatic Fire Detection and Extinguishing System

The operating principle of the fire detection and suppression system is as follows: it consists of a pressurized container filled with extinguishing agent, a dedicated container valve, and a fire-detection tube capable of releasing the extinguishing agent. The fire-detection tube is routed along potential fire hazard locations; while under pressure, its multiple sensing points (distributed along its length) continuously monitor for signs of fire. When exposed to open flame or a sudden temperature rise, the tube ruptures at the point of highest heat, causing a loss of pressure that triggers the valve to open. This opens the discharge line leading to the nozzle, which then releases the extinguishing agent and simultaneously transmits a fire alarm signal.

Detailed Introduction

  The operating principle of the fire detection and suppression system is as follows: it consists of a pressurized container filled with extinguishing agent, a dedicated container valve, and a fire-detection tube capable of releasing the extinguishing agent. The fire-detection tube is routed along potential fire hazard locations; while under pressure, its multiple sensing points (distributed along its length) continuously monitor for signs of fire. When exposed to open flame or a sudden temperature rise, the tube ruptures at the point of highest heat, causing a loss of pressure that triggers the valve to open. This opens the discharge line leading to the nozzle, which then releases the extinguishing agent while simultaneously transmitting a fire alarm signal.

  The fire detection tube is a polymer material that combines flame retardancy, flexibility, and temperature sensitivity in one. It exhibits excellent long-term leak resistance, with a maximum leakage rate of 10⁻⁵ mbar·L/s/m. As a linear flexible hose, it is unaffected by dust, oil contamination, electromagnetic interference, and other environmental factors.

  The system is fully self-contained, requiring no external power supply and remaining unaffected by power outages.

  Unique integrated valve design with a built-in ball valve to prevent ball valve damage and reduce the likelihood of leakage;

  Quick-connect fitting with a dual-seal design for excellent sealing performance;

  Highly integrated solenoid valve assembly design, offering customized solutions to meet the needs of customers across various industries and application scenarios, with simple design and installation and low maintenance costs.
