Product Introduction:
The energy storage system typically contains hundreds or even thousands of lithium-ion batteries, depending on the size of the box and application scenario. Lithium-ion batteries are highly reactive, and when thermal runaway occurs (such as short circuit or puncture), they can release a large amount of flammable gases (such as hydrogen, methane, ethylene, and carbon monoxide). If one battery in the battery pack fails, it is very likely to trigger the combustion or even explosion of all batteries.
The explosion venting device is installed on the top of the outdoor energy storage cabinet. When an explosion occurs, the venting device opens along the designated area and releases pressure from the energy storage cabinet to the surrounding safe area.

Explosion Venting Device Selection Guide:
First, select the category of the explosion venting board product, and choose between upper insulation or lower insulation based on your needs.
The thickness direction of the upper insulation explosion venting board is above the installation interface, which provides better reliable environmental weather resistance and can be used outdoors for a long time. The thickness direction of the lower insulation explosion venting board is below the installation interface, which saves space above the cabinet and facilitates transportation and placement.
Secondly, provide the corresponding parameters and select the size of the explosion venting board through compliant calculations.
