Exchange and Mutual Advancement, Empowerment and Enhancement | Jiangsu Trina Visits Nanjing Heben for a Three-Day Specialized Study and Exchange Program
Author:
Rooted in service and empowered by expertise, Nanjing Heben has consistently upheld the core philosophy of “service first, pursuit of excellence,” deeply cultivating the field of energy-storage safety and dedicating itself to delivering higher-quality, more efficient fire-safety solutions for energy storage to its partners. Recently, Jiangsu Tianhe A delegation from the after-sales service team visited Nanjing Heben for a three-day (April 23–25) specialized study and exchange program. During this period, both sides engaged in comprehensive, in-depth discussions and hands-on learning focused on addressing key challenges in energy-storage after-sales service and exploring pathways to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
Centered on the core objectives of resolving after-sales issues both domestically and internationally and achieving cost reduction and efficiency gains, Nanjing Heben leveraged its many years of industry experience and technological expertise to design a comprehensive learning program that combines theoretical instruction with hands-on practice. This initiative aims to strengthen technical foundations, enhance after-sales service capabilities, and jointly drive high-quality development across the industry.
Focus Core: Deeply cultivating the field of energy storage safety and protection.
Energy storage safety is of paramount importance to the industry’s development, and fire protection systems serve as the “first line of defense” for such safety. During the exchange, the technical team from Nanjing and Ben provided a detailed explanation of Energy Storage Fire Protection System Alarm logic, starting from A full-process module encompassing “early detection—intelligent early warning—proactive fire suppression—combustible gas removal—pressure relief and explosion venting.” Through a step-by-step, thorough yet accessible breakdown, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the system’s core principles and operational mechanisms.
In response to regulatory and standards differences across regions, the team also provided a detailed demonstration of the key distinctions and application scenarios for domestic, U.S., European, and Australian versions of energy-storage fire-suppression systems. By analyzing real-world case studies, the team highlighted the critical adaptation considerations for each version and engaged in discussions with the Trina team on varying after-sales service requirements between domestic and international markets. This collaboration aims to minimize after-sales cost overruns caused by regulatory discrepancies and reinforce the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Practical empowerment to hone robust after-sales operational capabilities.
Theoretical learning serves as the foundation, while hands-on practice is the key. To ensure that the learning outcomes are effectively applied, this exchange program includes two major practical sessions, enabling the team to engage in active, hands-on learning and put their knowledge into practice, thereby substantially enhancing their after-sales operational capabilities.
1. Hands-on training on the control panel of the energy-storage fire-control host: Technical personnel demonstrated on-site the step-by-step operating procedures for the host panel, covering parameter settings, alarm handling, mode switching, and routine maintenance, with detailed explanations of key operational points and important precautions. The Trina team then engaged in group-based hands-on practice and mutual discussion, thereby mastering operational skills through practical experience and effectively resolving previous operational challenges encountered during after-sales service.
2. Practical Calibration of Gas Detectors: The accuracy of gas detectors is directly linked to the early-warning performance of energy-storage fire-suppression systems and constitutes a key focus of after-sales maintenance. Technical personnel from Nanjing Heben conducted on-site demonstrations, explaining the calibration principles, operational procedures, and common issues encountered during calibration, while providing guidance to the team on how to perform calibration in a standardized manner. This ensures that the detectors can accurately detect changes in gas concentrations and promptly issue warning signals.
Continuous exchange,携手 to embark on a new journey
The three-day study and exchange program was both substantive and focused, combining high-level theoretical insights with hands-on practical training. Both teams reported that the experience was highly rewarding: they not only gained a systematic understanding of the theoretical principles and practical skills related to energy-storage fire protection, but also developed a more concrete appreciation of Nanjing’s and our own “service-centric” philosophy. This has laid a solid foundation for future strategic cooperation and efficient collaboration between the two sides.
Nanjing and Ben will also take this exchange as an opportunity to continue deepening their focus on services and technology, constantly refining their solutions, strengthening collaboration and co-creation with partners, sharing technical expertise, jointly addressing industry challenges, and collectively driving industry development.
Nanjing Heben is committed to sincerely rewarding the trust placed in us and looks forward to engaging in multi-dimensional, in-depth exchanges with more partners from all sectors. We will always stay true to our original aspiration, remain steadfast in our mission, and uphold the spirit of craftsmanship!
