Job Description

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　1. Responsible for requesting and providing quotations for raw materials, outsourced processing, and standard components required for the company’s product manufacturing, as well as arranging the pickup and delivery of purchased items.

　　2. Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified external subcontractors for the manufacturing of company products; responsible for supplier development and management.

　　3. Stay abreast of market trends and distribution channels, develop new partnerships with manufacturing facilities, and explore more and better collaboration channels;

　　4. Prior to placing an order, verify each item in the order one by one to ensure accuracy, then submit the verified details to the supervisor; be responsible for drafting and reviewing procurement contracts and submitting them for approval; track the arrival and receipt of materials into inventory; and manage and review supplier payment schedules.

　　5. Handle supplier-reported material nonconformities, returns, exchanges, and compensation matters.
